云南瑞麗市疫情防控工作指揮部舉行新聞發布會，通報了邊境村寨防控情況。邊境村寨是防控境外疫情輸入的最前沿，為嚴防境外疫情輸入，瑞麗市嚴格管控邊境村寨進出，嚴查邊境非法偷渡。此外，邊境村寨村民自發組織村民守邊護邊，嚴格管控邊境村寨渡口、小道。鼓勵邊境村寨群眾積極舉報違法犯罪活動，如有發現偷越國（邊）境或組織、運送他人偷越國（邊）境違法犯罪的，及時撥打
公安機關電話舉報，
公安機關查證屬實后將按照《瑞麗市防范境外疫情輸入獎懲辦法》兌現獎勵。凡組織、運輸、容留偷越國（邊）境人員的，依法嚴懲。

【熱詞知識點補充】
偷越國（邊）境是指自然人違反出入國（邊）境管理法規，在越過國界線或者通過法律上的擬制國界時，不從指定口岸通行或者不經過邊防檢查，或者未經出境許可、未經入境許可，可追究其行政責任或者刑事責任的行為。偷越國（邊）境是違法行為。
《中華人民共和國刑法》第三百二十二條規定
Article 322 Whoever, in violation of the laws or regulations on administration of the natio
nal border (frontier), illegally crosses the natio
nal border (frontier), if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term impriso
nment of not more than one year, criminal detention or public surveillance and co
ncurrently sentenced to a fine; whoever, for the purpose of participating in a terrorist organization, accepting the terrorism training or carrying out any terrorist activities, illegally crosses the natio
nal border (frontier) shall be sentenced to fixed-term impriso
nment of not less than one year but not more than three years and co
ncurrently sentenced to a fine.
第三百二十二條 違反國（邊）境管理法規，偷越國（邊）境，情節嚴重的，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并處罰金；為參加恐怖活動組織、接受恐怖活動培訓或者實施恐怖活動，偷越國（邊）境的，處一年以上三年以下有期徒刑，并處罰金。
